We invite students in master’s programs and recent graduates of master’s programs to apply to our short-term (12 weeks with possible re-appointment to 24 weeks) training program at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, one of the most innovative teaching and research centers in New York City.
Trainees work with a faculty mentor on a research project related to public health or environmental medicine. Disciplines are varied and include data sciences, epidemiology, health communication, molecular biology, genomics, clinical medicine among others. |

Benefits
Trainees will receive a salary of $1,948 per month plus fringe benefits such as health insurance. A limited number of travel and housing stipends are available for meritorious applicants from outside New York. Training includes research methods and writing scientific articles in an enriching and collegial academic setting with additional training opportunities. |
